I provide nuclear and non-nuclear power generation clients with thermal optimization solutions to help them operate their plants as efficiently and safely as possible.
As an Electrical Field Service Engineer for GE Energy, I provided power plant architect-engineers with technical direction and support during the startup and commissioning of GE power generation equipment, power delivery products, as well as non-GE electrical components, which often involved hands-on maintenance and operation.
The UT EMBA program focused on innovation and strategy in a hands-on cohort format. Some of our more engaging projects were development of a marketing strategy for Tampa's Glazer Children's Museum and an on-site presentation to the Czech Republic's Skoda Praha Power Division in Prague.
A concentration in power generation prepared me for a career in the industry. I earned my Engineer-in-Training certificate and was a brother in the Delta Nu chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity: long live the Great White Castle.
